Kru Boy
Trainer at Hanuman since 2020
Phalakon “Kru Boy” Deelai brings the experience of around 195 professional fights into every round, specialising in knockout attack techniques, sharp Muay Thai and boxing combos, technical takedowns, Muay Boran, and true fighter intelligence.
His mantra is simple and powerful: strong technique, strong heart, and good brain—he believes that when all three are developed together, winning becomes natural. He is obsessed with visual focus conditioning, teaching you how to read your opponent, anticipate their next move, and respond with smart elbows, heavy punches, and clean, efficient movement.
Training with Kru Boy feels like entering a live strategy lab: he designs drills that sharpen your brain and your heart at the same time, so you build timing, composure, and finishing skills under pressure. His goal is clear—take you from complete beginner to someone who moves, thinks, and strikes like a professional, giving you the confidence to protect yourself and the strength to handle whatever life throws at you.
Kru Tai
Trainer at Hanuman since 2020
Amon “Kru Tai” Bunprasat, with approximately 200 professional fights, is the gym’s artist of timing, feints, and elegant but deadly elbows and kicks.
He loves teaching skillful kickboxing Muay Thai style—using fakes, angle changes, and perfectly timed strikes to outsmart opponents rather than simply overpower them. Expect sessions filled with technical padwork, flowing combo drills, and movement-focused training that challenge your coordination and ring awareness while still giving you a strong workout.
Kru Tai places huge importance on happiness, good health, and correct technique, creating an atmosphere where you feel safe to push hard, enjoy the exercise, and keep discovering new layers of Muay Thai. Training with him is ideal if you want to develop beautiful, efficient technique while staying motivated and excited every time you step onto the mats.

Kru Chok
Trainer at Hanuman since 2025
Artit “Kru Chok” Thipaksorn, a seasoned Muay Khao fighter with around 200 professional bouts, is Hanuman’s master of knee boxing and clinch warfare.
His classes and personal training sessions dive deep into vicious knee strikes, inner knee mechanics, and clinch control, teaching you how to break balance, create openings, and finish with powerful stabs to the body and head.
Drawing on conditioning-style padwork and challenge-style drills, he builds your stamina and close-range strength while refining technical details many fighters overlook.
Students who train with Kru Chok gain in-depth knowledge of how to dominate in the clinch, turning what is usually the most exhausting range into their strongest weapon in both fitness and fighting performance.
