1. What do I need to bring for a Muay Thai Class?
Not much actually … Comfortable workout shorts (Preferably Muay Thai) and a workout T-shirt (which is also not mandatory if you have a six-pack and want to show it off)
2. What are the payment options?
We accept cash or EPS at the reception desk. You may also pay by bank transfer or purchase the packages on our online/mobile booking app called Mindbody by using credit card.
3. How do I book classes?
After setting up your account on our booking app (Mindbody - available on App Store or Google Play Store for free), you will be able to book your sessions, view your membership plan, and purchase more credits.

4. What is special about the fitness classes?
All our fitness classes focus on improving Muay Thai performance (although they can be used to improve physical conditioning in general). Our instructors come from various backgrounds & countries and provide the best service possible for your success. Fitness classes include but are not limited to: Kids Fitness, exclusive classes for women, Bootcamps, Dance classes, Yoga for different levels, Strength & Conditioning as well as Suspension Training.
