Teenie ChanYOGA INSTRUCTOR
LEARN MORE
Hi! I’m Teenie Chan and I’m a Yoga Instructor. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Myofascial Release since 2017. With a background in hospitality and customer service industries, yoga is my alternate way to serve people with a loving heart. I have been fascinated about what one’s body can achieve, and how yoga can influence one’s life. At the end of the day, we all want to be content and go to bed with a smile, this is what yoga did and will always do to me.
Hatha Yoga focuses on traditional asanas (yoga poses) that will improve flexibility, mobility, and strength. But it’s not just that. While I truly believe in its physical effects, what’s more precious is how it calms you and stills the fluctuations in mind. With regular practice, not only will you be able to move in a more mobile way, you’ll also gain better focus and understand how powerful your determination could be. |

Jonathan valladeOSTEOPATH, MARTIAL ARTIST & YOGI
LEARN MORE
Hi, I am Jonathan Vallade, Osteopath, Martial artist and Yogi.
Born in a French family where yoga is a second nature, I have always been immersed in the spirit of yoga and Indian culture. I was fortunate enough to follow my parents at a number of yoga seminars, conferences and yoga retreat in and out of the country. I particularly have fond memories of my time spent in India living in ashrams (place for yoga and meditation retreat) with Indian yoga masters at a very young age. The love I have for yoga comes from my father, a traditional yoga instructor since 1979 at a time where yoga wasn’t so ‘hype’ and fairly unknown to the mass public. He met my mother in a yoga seminar and I guess, this is how I came along, sharing the same burning passion for yoga, learning and teaching. |
Sheetal JhaveriYOGINI
LEARN MORE
Hi, I am yogini Sheetal Jhaveri from India and I started my journey 8 years ago. Being a wife and a mother, there can be a lot of physical and mental stress, plus the changes that occur in life and mindset, I battled with aspects of mental disturbance, weight gain, and lack of stamina. Being more rooted to my Indian culture, i tried my hand at yoga as i was exposed to it through my school. After experiencing the benefits of yoga through poses and pranayama, i never looked back. Took what I’d learnt and dove deeper into the world of yoga education by completing a teacher training course from institutes like Kaivaliyadham, Akshar power yoga and Sivananada 200 hrs yoga (U S Alliance) teacher training course. Also had the unique opportunity to work at Micky Mehta’s 360 Wellness gym in Mumbai. Now, I’m able to teach styles of yoga such as Hatha yoga, power yoga, vinyasa, Bollywood yoga and Sivananada yoga.
Yoga has the power to help people lead healthy, joyful, fit and more balanced lives. Yoga is beyond what i do for a living, it is a way of life. Currently i am associated with an international school in HK and taking group and personal classes (therapy yoga) trying to achieve people’s goals. |

About HANUMANWe want to support anyone that is interested in employing Muay Thai for conditioning and sports specific training - whether they are professional martial artists, or people looking to improve their general health & fitness.
We have helped people who have tried to get into shape in the past - and failed. Many of our past and current clients are people who have tried other gyms, or other methods of training and didn’t enjoy it. That meant that they were inconsistent, and they were allowed to fail. In Hanuman, we support them all the way, adjust the training to their existing level as well as recommend them the best combination of Muay Thai and fitness training so they will be able to work on the areas they feel less capable in and will be able to implement in their Muay Thai class later on. That’s what makes our approach unique and people enjoy every step of the way. Once our clients practice a training routine that they love, they can lose weight, and their energy improves. They can focus better at work and have more confidence. Once they can prioritise their health, they can reverse chronic disease and manage sleep disorders. The lack of motivation that they may have struggled with in the past is forgotten! We believe that martial arts are not only the most fun and efficient way to train, but also teach essential skills of discipline, focus and consistency. These skills have application not just in the gym, but in the other areas of your life too. |
