After a decade of traditional Muay Thai training and deep understanding of the physical needs required from a Muay Thai practitioner as well as pro fighter, we have brought together a group of professional fitness coaches from all walks of life and disciplines to enhance our clients’ physical performance.
As of June 2020, we offer a variety of fitness classes. Classes such as Suspension training, Strong Core, various styles of Yoga & other group classes that are designed to improve our clients’ movement skills as well as physical conditioning so their Muay Thai training will become much more effective.
